As a huge fan of Fat Bear Week, I was thrilled to hear that the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department launched its inaugural Fat Squirrel Week!

Sixteen squirrels from 16 state parks competed for the title of Fat Squirrel Week Champ, and Chunkosaurus Rex took home the crown! He’s so cute!!
